INVITATION TO PARTICIPATE IN THE COMPANY PRODUCTIVITY ASSESSMENT WORKSHOP

Good afternoon MEIF Association Presidents,

Malaysia Productivity Corporation (MPC) through the Machinery and Equipment Productivity Nexus (MEPN) will organize a Company Productivity Assessment Workshop on 22 to 24 May 2023. 

 

2. This workshop aims to develop a core group of like-minded individuals to implement productivity improvements and nurture individuals as "change agents" through the systematic use of methodologies and tools to improve productivity and profitability for M&E enterprises. This program also assists individuals in identifying the causes that are an obstacle to the company's productivity and competitiveness. Besides, the program enables individuals to create a framework towards achieving and sustaining Business Excellence, encompassing business performance and health. 

 

3. Therefore, MEPN would like you to nominate TWO (2) association members to participate in this workshop as detailed below:

4. Please be informed, the nominated person should ideally have the following criteria: 

• Experience for more than 10 years; 

• Comfortable in managing stakeholders, good communication; 

• Business exposure in operation, management, strategic planning; 

• Basic understanding on financial documents (P&L, Balance Sheet); 

• Able to spend up to 2-day per month on MEPN future projects; 

• Motivated to act as “Change Agent” for industry improvement.
