The Machinery and Equipment Manufacturers Association of Malaysia (MEMA) was formed under the name Heavy Equipment and Machinery Manufacturers Association of Malaysia (HEMMAM) on June, 22 1998 as a result of the Malaysian Government desire to further promoto and enhance the development of the Machinery and Equipment (M&E) industries in the Second Industrial Malaysia Plan (MP2).

The Malaysia Automation Technology Association was established on January 27, 2012 with the primary objective to be the voice of the Automation Technology Industry. The organization was formerly known as the FMM-Automation Technology Industry Group (FMM-ATIG) and operated under the aegis of the Federation of Malaysian Manufacturers.

The Electrical and Electronics Association of Malaysia (TEEAM) is a representative body of the electrical and electronics industries in Malaysia. TEEAM was established in 1952 and it aims to work closely with all government departments, statutory bodies and the private sector to ensure and promote orderly growth and development of the electrical and electronics industries.

Founded on 25 August, 1993 as Selangor and Federal Territory Mould and Die Association (SAFTMADA). However on 13 September, 2001 the association was nationalized and the name was changed to Malaysia Mould and Die Association (MMADA). 马来西亞模具廠商公會

As more and more related metalworking and engineering supporting industries acknowledged our association, we gradually expanded our operations to improve our members services, effective 25 August, 2017 our association names officially change to “MALAYSIAN SPECIAL TOOLING AND MACHINING ASSOCIATION” (MSTMA). 马来西亚模具暨机械加工协会

Malaysia Mobile Crane Owners Association (1987) in short MMCOA (1987) was established in year 1987 and is a non-governmental organization. Members of MMCOA (1987) mainly consist of all the owners of mobile cranes, crawler cranes and sky lifts including MEWP (Mobile Elevated Working Platform) in the country. In recent years, the membership had been extended to the supply chain such as manufacturer, dealers, spare parts suppliers and etc.

Formed in 1986, SAMENTA is Malaysia's oldest association for small and medium enterprises. Our mission is to champion the development of SMEs through a four-prong approach of strategic industry engagement, market access, business amplification and capacity building.

MAIA was launched on 28 March 2016, officiated by the Minister of International Trade and Industry.

A mark of solidarity, MAIA represents its members to the Government and global industry, It comprises of top management of member companies who are entrusted to draw the guidelines for the group with the emphasis on capacity development and international market penetration. Companies can leverage MAIA for assistance for growth and access into new markets, networking within industry and championing the industry’s interest with focus on public policy development.
