CHEMLITE INNOVATION BERHAD: DRIVING GROWTH THROUGH IPO AND FACILITY EXPANSION.

Malaysian-owned Chemlite, a prominent engineering support services provider specialising in surface finishing treatment services, announced the launch of its Prospectus on 5 March 2025 in conjunction with its Initial Public Offering (IPO) on Bursa Securities.

As part of its strategic growth initiatives, the company has announced the development of a new 100,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art facility in Penang, designed to enhance the company’s production capacity. This expansion will also further enhance operational efficiencies and broaden Chemlite’s service portfolio, strengthening its position as a key contributor to Malaysia’s rapidly growing semiconductor and electrical and electronics (E&E) industries.
