Linktel Technologies, a global leader in high-speed optical communication solutions, marked a significant milestone with the opening of its plant 2 and 14th Anniversary Celebration in Penang.

The new facility will produce next-generation optical transceivers across multiple specifications, including 1.6T, 800G, 400G, 100G, 40G, 25G, and 10G. These components are critical for artificial intelligence (AI) computing, high-performance computing (HPC), and data centers. The facility uses proprietary technology and fully automated Industry 4.0 systems to improve efficiency and support Linktel's global operations.
